UML/ERD software

can anyone recommend any good free/cheap UML/ERD diagramming software?

I've tried Dia, it's not bad, but it's a tad too clunky for my liking, I'm quicker (although more limited) using OpenOffice Draw.

Poseidon for UML. I think there's a community edition that's free. Pretty decent UML app.

Poseidon is slow as hell. Get JUDE (Java UML Developer Environment), sure it's designed around Java, but it's lightning fast and gives great print-outs.

We're using QSEE Superlite at University.. it's free and does the job!
