We're beginning to feel the effects of the Geometry Wars clones on our sales via Microsoft now and are beginning a process to begin to more robustly protect our copyright and intellectual property.
Therefore, I'd like to ask you in an amicable fashion to stop infringing our IP and pull the game 'Grid Wars' from the internet for download.

If he changed the graphics he'd be fine. I'm pretty sure they have no IP rights over the Robotron gameplay. Yes, it was just the fact that the graphics were nearly identical. It was made to be a clone and that's what they didn't like.

Whats the definition of 'complete' - is it a billy gates 'complete' but hey it might need a bit of patchin' - or is it a 'complete' will do what it says on the tin.....?
