What happened to "www.codersworkshop.com"?

Maybe they are just finnishing the Learning Edition of the website right now?

Let's hope so ! The main sponsors acted in a cowardly and unprofessional manner in closing the way they did - without even informing their own moderators.
They advertised a product for over two years and attracted a lot of attention and users to their site. This product was never released to the people who had been told that it would be. This in my mind could be construed as false advertising and shows a total lack of regard to their community.
They should not be allowed to simply re-open when the hubbub has died down.

Stop being a dick. If you'd bothered to look at the website 10 minutes ago (instead of posting your trolling antics), you'd have noticed that a new message has been posted on the codersworkshop website.

First off personal insults are against forum rules so I fear the one "trolling" is yourself. If you want to trade personal insults then I can supply you a time and place where we can do it face to face. You up for it ?
There is nothing posted on their website which changes my opinion one iota.

I already told you 6 months ago: No :bOdd that they would close the forums, but I am interested to see what it's turned into.
I suggest a transformed blitzwiki.org as a BlitzCoder replacement since it's easy to add things like code archives, but devcrunch seems to be catching on well enough...

We want the same. We have a warez policy at devcrunch that hopes to weed out the warezzers, and anyone suspected of falling into that group will be watched very carefully. :)

Just don't create a "Help Wanted" forum and you'll be fine :).
I'll just stick to this site re: Blitz coding issues. Seems the most stable.

Instead, I would like to recommend the following site. This is a fully independent forum for developers.

I'm also looking at various options for the old forums and content (cw.com & bc.com). The current plan is to try and move all the code archives and tutorials over to the devcrunch site.
There have been a lot of changes going on here and this is just one of the many things that are on the "to-do" list.

Nah I'm just making an uneducated guess.They'll probably find that when they do bring it back, they have no userbase left anyway. That's what happens when you blow up your own website without warning. Twice.
