are these the .SID files that some people here collect?

no. Sid files are the code of the opiginal C64 music which you can play in SidPlay for Windoes. That site is a real orchestra playing some C64 music.

well, a special ensemble then eh .. it's a group of ppl rather than an orchestra. Don't expect anything Wagner'ish. :P

It's really hard to recognise the old tunes.
I would prefer it when they use more electronic instruments.

I just heard one of the semi-finished recordings (simple mix ran through a mastering plugin) .. sounds a lot better than the rehearsals on that website you've heard.. ^_^

Hmm i'm not impressed. It often sounds kind of out of sync...

I would have thought this would be an orchestra of SIDs making music. Does something exists like this?
