Wanadoo(Orange) to NtlWorld email problems

Hiya, for a week or so now I've been having all emails send from my wanadoo account bounced back by ntlworld like this (takes about 3-5 days!):

I've read on some old forums that this has happened before and was due to ntlworld blacklisting the wanadoo smtp servers as spam! Well I've got a framework customer that I've been unable to contact for 5 days so this stinks.

Anyway idea who I should contact at ntlworld about this, and meanwhile does anyone know of a free smtp server that I can use temporarily in Outlook Express to send my emails to ntlworld with. Thanks in advance.

Your best bet is to send it through one of the major free webmail providers such as gmail.com, yahoo.com or hotmail.com. Free plain-vanilla SMTP servers are pretty much non-existent, but should you find one then more than likely it will be on every blacklist on the planet already anyway.

I give you very little chance in getting the wanadoo SMTP servers unlisted from ntlworld, given that wanadoo has hundreds of thousands of customers that are equally affected as you are. If the lot of them haven't been able to get it unblocked by now, it's doubtful that they'll listen to you either... After all, they're blocking the mailhost itself, not an individual email address.

Having worked for an ISP myself, I know from experience that it's pretty much impossible to get other ISP's of the sizes of ntlworld and wanadoo to do *anything*.

My web host gave me an smtp server with my domain. You can use that if you want.

I guess I just have to find another route instead of getting it unblocked.
