B3D and BP installers

Why doesn't Blitz Research put the installers in our accounts? Instead I have to email support and wait forever. I demand you put it up there. Or else I'll just go download it on a p2p system.

send an e-mail to blitz-support, they will sort you out..

And why the hell doesn't Mark organize my sock drawer into color order? Huh? I demand he comes round tout de suite and gets them sorted!

What do you mean "isn't that my responsibility?"

Just zip up the directory containing your B3D and B+ folders. Then you can extract them again later, never need the installers again.

Its no good kicking off like that and threatening warez when its your own fault you didn't keep a copy of the installer.

Still don't get why people don't make backups of purchased, downloaded software.

Everytime I buy something that comes as a download I put it in my purchases folder along with any email receipts, keys and proof of purchase and backup to CDR. I make sure to do a full backup of purchases, personal folders and coding work to DVD every month.

I'd just like to take this opportunity to point out I recommended backing it up first in this thread.

No. You recommended backing it up next time. We all said he should have done it last time. :p

Your email arrived only today and is one of the rudest requests for a backup copy of the installers I've ever had. I'll be sending the download links shortly.
