Minimum Requirements BPlus and C#

I would like to know what's the minimum requirements for C# and BlitzPlus concerning hardware, software, drivers, etc.

Note: I'm using MS Visual Studio C# Express with windows forms.

C#: WinXP with .NET 2

BlitzPlus: This nearly fully depends on what you do as it itself has no "lowest end" that is somewhere of importance with any system bought the last X years

BlitzPlus will practically run on any version of Windows.

excluding Windows 3.1 :P, but I'd really like to create to it something with BP.
