Run+build last one?

Is there a way to run & build the last script you ran & built? I'm working a lot in files that are included in the main-file, and would like to run that one with one key-combination. Now i first have to move to the main-file and then run it.

I remember B3D having such an option...

In the menu "Program/Lock Build File"
