Did anyone preorder the Blitzmax book from Sloan Kelly?

Miscellaneous Forums/General Discussion/Blitzmax book downloaded the sample pages. its a bit hard to tell how good it is from just the basic bits from the start of the book.
$60 "for absolute beginners"?
Hard to imagine a $60 book for just beginning IMHO.
Anyway I don't know the quality of book so I can't judge.

I took a chance and preordred the book!
Don't forget to write a nice review when you get the book. I'm interested in this book but I won't buy it until I see some honest and well written reviews.

But I'm just intrigued to see whats in it. The author stated that it won't be available to US buyers yet. They're still trying to set something up over here....probably another week or so until the US folks can make the purchase.
