How do I run the GUI?

I'm sorry for posting such a bone head question. I can't find it in my searches.

I bought the GUI, I synched the modules and I saw the GUI download. How do I run it?

It's a GUI module for adding GUI components to your applications. It's not a program that you run.

I thought it was a visual interface, but this is what I was looking for anyway.
