Juicy Fonts v1.3 available

Another minor update to Juicy Fonts (bitmap font creation utilty) is now available.

What's new in v1.3
- Added 'select screen mode on startup' option via setup.cfg file.
- File requester now remembers the last folder used instead of reverting to the default folder each time. Settings Load/Save and font Import/Export folders are tracked independently.

Yeah, don't we all hate those tools that branch to the default folder each time and you have to click your way trough 300 folders again and again?

Yeah, it was a pretty dumb oversight on my part due to the fact that I only ever use the default folders. :)
