How Can I upload my pic to your website?

you don't.. BRL doesn't keep any user graphics on their servers..
you have to upload it to your own server somewhere, and link to it..

unless you are uploading to the gallery...

What is your purpose for wanting to upload pics?

If it's to show them off in the Graphic/Showcase forums, you could always register a free account at a site like Photobucket.com (which I've been using the last 2 years), upload your images there, and use them over here.
