has anyone used this distro of linux

also can it run BMAX on it?

i have an old computer i want to put this on since most distros will be too big for this old junker, i am planning on putting Ubuntu on my main computer with a dual boot. my dad is going to have a pain reformatting that when i have to send it back to the school(has no experience with linux)

You'll need to install a few "dev" packages to be able to compile anything (see sticky at the top of the forum for details on what you need)
..just to get you started.

DSLs cool, i use it on my old 486dx4 laptop/doorstop for my son to mess around on, in theory you can build it up to be a full whopping debian distro.
