Application Icon

How do I change an application's "rocket icon" to another icon I have created?

this should be in the Blitz3D section. Try searching the forum for tips on how to use ResHack to embed an icon into the Exe. Also I used Imagicon to convert bmps into icons until I wanted alpha transparency on my icons, then I used gimp to save them as 32 bit png (with 8 bit alpha channel).
