You tried the cat? ;)

If it is 3D stuff then you can rip the graphics out of Quake#-engine military games - there are quite a few of those. Just unpack the .paks - tons and tons of nice textures - models all need converting though. There's gitgabytes of stuff to be plundered.

Well, that's three stupid replies....

No, I've lifted gigabytes of media out of quake-engine games.

He's a Bickford. A fine name. Almost perfect.

I'm the normal one in this thread.

I heard something similar from my lead artist at swordfish.

Well, I did literally own your manager. Remember him?

Create your game with the best drawings your dog can make, then hire someone to replace them with professional ones when the game is complete.
And don't listen to puki, or you'll end up with a whole lot of trouble.

Practice!

You can ONLY get better.

puk, yuo remebr how evil he was :)

I remember he used to be my bitch.

For you, he was probably a slave-driver. For me he was a large maggot.

Want me to get him back for you?

yeah , tell him to buy an etch a sketch and practice:)

Let's try to fix that. If you need to actually draw content (rather than model) then you might want to check out DAZ Studio with a view to using it to produce compositional guides. You can pose your figures, render them with white surfaces, import the image into your art program and use threshold to give you a line-art guide. There's a fair bit of free content on offer at the moment (and the program itself is free) including some military hardware.

I've only had an evening's worth of time to fiddle with it but it looks like a smashing tool for those who haven't kept their artistic hand in.

I had this idea.

But no one knew of any online arms dealers

As Sledge said Daz3D may help.
Also for 3D models you can check GamaSutraExchange they have free 3D models. Usual with too many pollygons but if you are going to use them for 2D there is no problem.

How does your dog hold a pen?

Dunno, but I know how cats sharpen pencils...

With pencil sharpners?!

No ENAY, With it's claws.

And don't listen to puki, or you'll end up with a whole lot of trouble.

I agree with you 100%. A few hours after you release your game you'll be going insane trying to figure out how to supply your site with more bandwidth. It's definatly not worth the trouble.

With it is claws? Hmm, not sure what you mean there.
