Spyhunter RETRO? no!

Just kicking through the deritus of the infobahn when I came across this:

Yep, I completed in fact. Got it quite cheap a few years ago, blasted through it in a few hours. Thoroughly enjoyable and recommended.

Good game, but I didn't have a steering wheel for the PS2 and using those thumb joysticks just isn't fun.

I heard they made a sequel to the "new" spy hunter game starring "The Rock" in an attempt to make the game ties to the movie a bit more credible.

Yes, this Spyhunter remake was good fun, I really enojoyed it. Meant to pick up the remake-sequel, but still haven't got around to it.

OK lets examine that sentence.... It has the words "The Rock" and "credible" linked in some form or fashion that I still can't read correctly... ;)

Still it is an action movie which won't require a lot more than flash and CGI... very little dialogue... Hmmm...

It was never made. The director left the project before production began and the movie is now officially languishing in development hell.

No. John Woo left the He-Man movie. Spy Hunter is still a go.

Lets see. Hamlet spends the whole play mumbling a bunch of incoherrent nonsense (to a modern audience at least), Keanu can do that.


(Having been forced to read and even worse watch a badly badly done version of Hamlet every year in High School: when The Bard had written at least one other play agravates me to no end)
