It's for capturing screenies during gameplay. I'm not at home at the moment (and am unlikely to be for some time), so I can't test it.

The description has a very redundant feature list.

'It can display in-game FPS and take screenshots. Oh, did I mention it displays in-game FPS? You use the in-game FPS displayer to display an in-game FPS on the screen!'
Then goes on to list the other features in a whole new paragraph as though the FPS monitor is its primary feature, which I'm assuming is not the case...

Still, seems like a pretty good find!
How do these FPS monitors work, anyway?
