Anyone here know how to make a Flash banner?

I am making a 468x60 advertisement. I have a lot of good screenshots to work with, but it would be a lot nicer if I had a Flash animation that scrolled the image by, so you could see more than just a little 468x60 portion. Can anyone help here? You can use all these screenshots to test with:

Yeah I know Flash, unforuntely I don't have the free time to help out. Why don't you contact IPETE2, he knows this stuff pretty damn well.

The flash movie hooks in to a php script in the background that feeds details of all the thumbnails in a given directory.
