.amc convertor

Anyone know of a program that allows you to export or convert to .amc movie files (for mobile phones) :)

I thought 3GP was pretty much standard for mobile phones. I'll have to investigate AMC.

Even google doesn't throw up much like light about .amc files. Are they a brand new file format or something?
The newest version of VideoLan plays them, but with no sound.

Well, I find Google gives loads of info and links regarding the format.

Mmm, some places are saying that this .AMC thing is an audio format, not a video format.
