saw a link to this cartoon about game development on gameproducer.net, it's pretty funny in a satirical type way:

:O)
Ah a refreshing way to waste time :)
Why is it a waste of time when you're having fun?
from a work perspective it's a waste of time but from a fun perspective it's time well spent :-)
Well, from the perspective that we all have limited time down here on earth i think work is much more a waste of time than watching some little movies which might make you laugh...*hommmm*
I think you'll find that's "ohmmmm" ;-)
"ohmmmm"
Grumpy Gamer #5 is the best one of them!
You know who the guy who makes that is, right? He created those LucasArts adventures, Monkey Island 1 & 2, Maniac Mansion, Zak McKracken, etc.
Holy cow if you wouldn't have mentioned it i would have thought it was done by Gilbert Grape! ;O)
By the way for those who enjoy this kind of humour. If you don't know Mr. Trondheim already, give him a chance! :O)

wow, the monkey island dude.
Thanks taumel, I'll read when I need to be distracted.
@Grey
Nohnohnoh, don't blame me if i possibly distract you from the forum! ;O)

But My Daughter can :)
Cheers

@Garion
I suspect that Firrin means French?!
The idea was just a link to the author. Actually if your interested you would have to check wherever you buy your comics in your language...
Well, i love him (for his comics)! :O)
heheh, nah Firrin means Foreign :D
T'is a sad fact that I am hopeless at natural languages, my exam marks for French and German being sooo low they were halfway down the leg of the desk :D
Being a cranky Scot I even have problems with English :D But seem to have a knack for compter languages.... which is probably just as well :D
My daughter however is a linguist, who is fluent in Russian, French, Italian, Spanish and is now tackling Japanese...
She is, however a complete airhead when it comes to computing :D and programming langauges are beyond her :D
I spend a lot of my free time now doing 3d graphics (not very good ones though) and enjoyed the link yoo posted.
My daughter will be home next week to explain what the squiggly writing bits say..meanwhile I shall look at the pictuers :D
Cheers
Garion
Ah okay...Firrin...looks so welsh?
Anyway if you like the way he draws and enjoy intelligent comics with a nice black tainted selfironic humour then he's brilliant! They should be available in english too?!
:O)
