That happens when you're ping is too high or you act like a dick. Try connecting to server closer to you or change your nick.

I used to play the Condition Zero version of CS, but since I picked up SWAT 4, I've been hanging out with Reynolds, Fields, Jackson, and Girard more than playing with Terrorists and Counter-Terrorists for too long. SWAT 4's just a better team-based FPS, IMHO.
