I found this site while Larging about in DarkBasic IRC - I note a couple of Blitzers mentioned there.

It has been mentioned on this site a few times as well. They were having a dragon themed shoot em up a while ago as well if I remember rightly.

Yeh, they asked me if I was going to enter the competition. At that point I had no idea what SHMUP meant or what their channel was about - so I gave them a strategic answer of 'no' and then did a quick Google.
