Hi,
Last year, over the summer holidays, I was able to use BT Yahoo broadband at home. I moved into student halls where I was able to connect to the net too, but now I've moved back home, I can't get connected again.
It fails on the verification of my user name and password, giving "Error 645 - Internal authentication error". The same username & password works on a different computer going through the same modem & telephone line. Phoning up support told us that my computer had a corrupt password file, but didn't really say how to fix it. Anyone know how I can fix this, or where I can download and copy over a working password file?
Thanks,
Ryan
