Toolbox Cleanup

I keep poking around in the toolbox and indeed sometimes I see something that interests me and when I click the link either the site no longer exists OR the product blabbed about is no longer to be found on the site...

Can someone clean this up?

Indeed.

BRL should announce a clean-up for a particular time scale - this will hopefully prompt some authors to re-upload. Failing that, deletion.
