Blitzcc

When I try to start Blitz3D, Blitz IDE doesn't start, but Blitzcc.exe takes 99% of my processor usage. What's problem? Must I reload Blitz3D?

try to restart windows, i've had problems sometimes with directx error message and restart fixes it.

check your userlib decls files for any errors
