Bah, it was just because he used the name Tetris in his game title. He can basically release his game again under a new name which doesn't include "tris" in it and they can't do nada about it.
I'm not worried about mine. It's freeware and call Tetroid.
unless you happen to hold ownership to that particular trademark... a unique trademark, that still represents a substatial revenue earning capacity...
surely then you might see the laws as being... beneficial, fair, just, etc....

As long as they keep their noses away from Oblivion clones.
Epecially ones that have simply coppied Oblivions graphics
