Playing a QuickTime movie?

Is it possible to play a Quicktime clip/movie inside BlitzMax?

I've been looking into doing a mod for Windows/OS X, but it's pretty damn hard as the QT source is very ugly ;)

This needs implementation!

The source of VLC is horrible too. I'm still looking for something relatively easy :)
