Create a Windows HTML help file?

Hi!

Is there a blitz tool that compiles a windows html file?
Do you know good freeware tools that do that for you?

Any hints are welcome.

I think HTML Help Workshop is the tool you need.

i use helpmaker:

Html workshop is far to difficult to handle.
The dozens of chm creating tools I tested were bad or shareware.

Or did you start from scratch?
