If you haven't seen the first two, I suggest you watch those first. The links are at the bottom of that page. :-)
Quick recap for those not in the know:
A while back, a guy who calls himself Joe Cracker was posting about a script he'd written for a movie based on the Legend of Zelda on some IGN forum. Then these other guys convinced him they were John Grusd, the producer of those terrible Zelda cartoons that used to come on during the Super Mario Super Show. They told him they were interested in making the movie, and got the script, and started producing 3D animations based on it, following the script to the letter, including all the typos and errors, such as subsitutiong "where" for "here" in several places, and all the banal dialogue that only the mind of a 12 year old in the body of a balding 30 year old could come up with. :-) To add to the hilarity, the voice of Majora's Mask as well as the Joe Cracker character himself (named Ian) (he put himself in his Zelda movie!) and I think Tingle, are all by cracker himself. In addition, his own face is either used on "Ian" or "Tingle" with the other being I think, his brother.
You can see a pic of the guy here, as well as a rap video he did too:
