It's a shoe. With a computer in it. That somehow adapts its charictaristics as you wear it. (I suspect it works via air bladders.)

I already been able to do that for years on any keyboard I've used, unless you meant the Left-Ctrl/Alt.
(it's a bit of a reflex for me nowadays, checkin the task manager and all, pinky bent in on the right-alt, thumb on ctrl, index on del)
