Current Web Page in HTML Views

Does anyone know of a way to get the current location of a HTML View (i.e. if someone clicks on a link in an HTML View anyone know how to find out where they are now)?

Current URL: HtmlViewCurrentURL()
Last clicked link's URL: HtmlViewEventURL()
