Is articles the same as tutorials?

If I would like to post a article with a relating subject to game programming. Is it okey to post in the tutorial forum - even if it is not bmax specific?

If its not a tutorial (i.e. something that teaches you how to do something), then it really belongs in General Discussion at best (as does this, if anywhere).

If it is an Article that pertains specifically to the use of BlitzMax, I think posting it in the Tut section is fine. maybe add a [Article] in the subject or something
