What is the tool name to divide bitmat into several grid and convert to a html table. I download it somewhere here but can't remember the name.

if you are talking about Ascii Art then there are several tools, you may ask google for "ascii art convert".

This is based on a solid foundation of pure ignorance, but I thought he was talking about an HTML image map making application. Sorta thing.
