Who do you reccomend for webspace and an email cos i want to setup a website but my isp hasn't provided me with any right now?

Miscellaneous Forums/General Discussion/best webhosts? Not sure what's the best, however iuse BlueHost without problems (http://www.bluehost.com), please note it's linux space so it doesn't work with asp, but aside from that it works well.

fasthosts are ok until you want to do something moderately out of the norm, they don't respond well to support requests. (in my experience).
Primehosting have been pretty good so far, support wise and technology.
