MS Visual Studio Express Edition

For those in the UK

Computer Shopper are giving away a disk of VS Express

its the July edition (issue 221) not in the shops yet, I got it with DVD edition not sure if cd also has it.

That's not bad, the downloads on MS site are really huge, and you also need to download the bigguy of Platform SDK and DirectX SDK.

Still using VC2003 coz some existing projects use MFC.

I downloaded it the other day, it's not such a killer on broadband.

Intended doing the same, handy to have the cd though
