Yeah, this doesn't really have to do with the command set.
well it says: "Executables are now compatible with igLoader, so as long as the original initial window size is maintained" so maybe they are using the commandset?
They have taken the low level communication and remote file commands and wrapped them. If you are unfamiliar with how applications communicate then it would be of great use.
