RoomArts (voidrpg)

Here is some room arts from next release of voidrpg. bound sometime this year.

i want to know what you thinks.. but this is still in design phase.

This room is the players Home. Every player will be able to buy a house for XXXX Gold. (if there is a free house to buy other wise i will have to add another town i gues LOL )

The texture on the wooden beams looks odd. Maybe rotate it 90 degrees and scale it down?

ye.. they look verry odd. i fix it..
a demo if it comming soon.. with particle candle particle fire. this rooms is the moste important room of all. its where all the recovery will take place..

oh i started the room yesterday. after realicing my oblivion room will never been seen by anyone. (besides me)

That interior looks nice.

The external picture does look ugly - but that is mainly emphasised by the choice of textures. You'll make it look a lot better with better textures.

Keep it up.

gues what took longest to work on.. :) yes it was that ugly external town.

Here is a more recent picture.. i worked all day on it. it even has 3Dsound. wispering wind at the door and + fire sound at fire place.

Looks good man. There seems to be a difference in contrast/brightness between the walls, the chimney and the furniture. I think the lightmap might be to blame. The area of wall around the chimney/fireplace, seems to be illuminated for some reason, as do the jugs on top, like the frireplace isn't occulding the light.

Oh seams that lightmap + light problem.. im trying to make fire flicker objects on room. look at demo here.
