Webcam viewing programs

Hey guys. Do you know of any programs that solely let you view someone's webcam, and they can view yours? My problem is my gf's dad won't let any chat program be installed, so i need something that will let me see her via webcam. Does such a program exist?

Thanks gfk, nothing bad. Just wondering if there was any apps prewritten out there that would allow webcam viewing in anyway. I'm underskilled panno ;o)

Or you could just get her to phone you all the time. When the phone bill comes in the father will scream at the cost, then she could say "But Dad, if you let me use MSN there would be no more high phone bills *puppy dog eyes*"
