Well, the link for soundpack1 says...
'Different sounds for your <output>.'
Soundpack2 says...
'Some sounds for your <output>'
and Telecharger=Download.
Not sure what else is needed.

Landsrad: What's the licence on these? Royalty free for commercial use? Where did you get them originally? Thanks in advance for any drivers.

Their are free for all. Get it on a CDROM I have.
In the license, "no copyright for these sound".
So, have fun :)
