Installing SATA Drive - txtsetup.oem not found

Ok, my hard drives have been giving me enough problems. So I bought a new HD and is a SATA drive from Maxtor.
What I have:
A8V Deluxe motherboad.
Windows XP home SP1

The instructions said that I needed to copy the drivers from the provided CD to a floppy. (done)
I boot my computer and get to Windows xp install, I press F6 to install the extra drives... I press S and then I receive this message "txtsetup.oem not found"
I have gone to Maxtor's website and it is a biatch. Any one have a solution to this?

Stupid question, but was there a txtsetup.oem on your driver CD that didn't get copied to the floppy?

you have to replicate the filesystem exactly as it is in the driver folder as well.
