Just a note that Visual C++ 2005 Express is free and has a fully featured IDE and optimizer. I'm using it right now. I think the Standard edition has some profiling tools and maybe some stuff I've never heard of.

Most keyboards have silkscreened glyphs on each key showing what character they correspond to. Silkscreening uses ink. It's the typewriter's ribbon that has the ink; a typewriter key would never "run out of ink". If you're going to try to heckle me, at least put some effort into it.
If you didn't abuse ellipsis so much I might have figured out that the ellipsis at the beginning of your post was there to suggest a continuation. Usually you use them as a wildcard in place of any punctuation because you're too lazy to learn and/or use proper English. You can't expect to be that ambiguous and obnoxious and expect people to put forth much effort trying to understand your babbling.

i think you'll get anything you order from MS a lot quicker than 6 to 8 weeks... i always have, and it's usually arrived within 2 weeks of ordering...
