Another Vernal Equinox rolls around and as usual noone saw fit to declare it a public holiday. This means that I have been up to my armpits in work and not had time to send out cards to everyone, or visit my family to give them gifts.
{FYI - I stopped celebrating Xmas about 15 years ago and chose a day to do the gifting thing that was more meaningful to me. The VE used to be new years' day, so I opted for that.}

If I recall, there was an issue with systems that didn't have a borland runtime library, so that the editor doesn't work. If anyone wants to flag it up for me I will post up a link to the dll
