Twice now I've heard of him not quite doing things right.
First time was mocking me, which I promptly reminded him was a bad idea when he's the sales guy, and then not forwarding questions to the appropriate person(s).
Second time now was with GfK. I'll just paste the log here:
Is he paid to do this? Why didn't he check the policy before replying? Why does he seem to not actually know anything?

Far as I'm concerned, he needs to be talked to about his behavior. skid's been a lot better now, no sense in letting a few loose ends go unfixed.
