I went to a womans house to set up her wireless router for her, but, she's forgot the password she set on it. Is there anyway round this?

Yep, she changed it. Then listed off a list of about 20 passwords it could have been. I mean, i came the next day. I'm surprised she can get into her windows account.

Hold the little reset button thing in on the back of the router for about a minute. dont slip. it resets several times in the process, but the password is reset after.

They ormally are really, really tiny... Sometimes even just one of those little holes you need to insert a paperclip through.
Anyway, you should be able to find the definitive answer in the documentation of the router... If you know the make/model, you can normally look it up on the manufacturer's website.
