Upload timeout with Plimus

I emailed plimus and they said that games for download cannot be uploaded with an FTP program. Their webform uploader keeps on timing out which is frustating after waiting 40 minutes to upload something and then getting a failure message. (reminds me of the 48K spectrum)

So, is there any alternative?

Send it to me, i'll host it for you, and you can link it from your webpage.

Host it yourself?

If you have webspace, you could upload it and try transfering from there (use the URL in the webform).

Not a bad idea, but only when it works.

My download link expired before it even got to my inbox.....

oh....

I tried putting my game's web address in the upload box and it said 'web page unavailable'

Blitzbasic is distributed with an expiring link so it cant be that bad an idea?
