Sony Supporting indies too?

Next Gen has an exclusive on PS3 HUB; and the September Launch at:

looks like its going to be a lot like XBL only with a big push as a itunes type media service too. Will be interesting too see what comes about on the indie games front, and whether they can make something as good as Xbox live for launch.

Do you really want to associate yourself with Sony, considering that they've made it very clear lately they couldn't care less about their customers?

That whole CD rootkit fiasco had a pretty good backlash on 'em.

I'm not a fan of sony either, ever since I worked on a PS2 game and saw how crap their Dev tools and hardware was.

Hope they sorted it out this time around. Funnily enough, I think the Revolution is the most interesting, I hust don't expect it to have the kinds of games I enjoy. Particularly judging from their past track record, and more recent DS games in particular.

I'm probably going to get a 360 in March when some of the decent games are due to start arriving.
