Lost Blitz3D Install

Hi, My HDD died and I lost my blitz installer file. What do I do to get it back?

I think I can see a "contact" tab, right there at the top of this page! :)

interesting thing is that recently many guys here losing their Blitz3D installations..strange...

I don't have an installation, I have an exact copy of the layout of my blitz folder :)

Oh, including the files! :P

maybe BRL should create new menu option HOW to, what will include exact way how to proove that you are proud owner of Blitz3D copy in case that someone lose it becouse of any reason..:))

boomboom, just contact them, include your BUID.

You will get a response in under a week.

I don't have my BUID either, it was all on my drive. I obviously do own it (as in bought it) as I am on this forum, and my account is unlocked too blitz3d. I have downloaded the update, just lost everything else :(

In the account tab click register products. You should be able to see your B3D BUID. Copy it and send it in an email to support@... telling them you lost your B3D install. You should get a reply with hopefully a download link to Blitz3D.

I'm wondering if BRL, you guys got my email about this!?

I emailed about this about 5-6 days ago! Still no reply!
Or maybe it got lost somehow? Anywhoo, I emailed again.

I need the install again, and it has my BUID in the email.:)
I promise I'll back up this timmmme......

I fired off an email to James about 4 days ago and not had a reply yet. They must be quite bogged down with work.

I'm glad my Blitz3D is on a CD.

Sorry, there permissions aren't quite set up for the private installer downloads on the new server. I'll hassle backstage and get back to you ASAP.

Sorry to bug you guys...

Create a time machine, go back to the point in time 5 minutes after you initially purchased it, and burn a backup copy of your installer to CD. (Events such as this is exactly the reason I started keeping a master install DVD, with installers of all my frequently used programs onto a single disc. Operating system, applications, servicepacks, drivers, tools, utilities, etc, updated every month or two. Highly recommended!)

Failing that, you can email BRL again.

@xlsior: go waste someone else's time.

@boomboom: unless you're planning to warez, the only option that you have is to e-mail brl again.
