Best system against crash's

ok here the story
in this morning we make a cold start for all computers in my company (such as every morning) but one computer will not booting.
ok ist the server with all software lizenses and so on !

ive got the headshot from myself.

its the second time in 5 years.


after some test's the result is so far

1. first the powersupply crash and damaged the hd , and the motherboard

after a long time (14 h) i have
now a new (old) system with all software and lizenses.
running

my question is : i will mirror the hd from server with another computer because is the powersupply damaged
the hd a raid system will also defekt .

Use virtual servers and do regular backups of the server file, then if your server crashes, you can start the wmware on another computer, load the server file and you are up and running really fast.

Get a blade server with full redundancy, like an IBM eServer BladeCenter and attach it to either a fully redundant SAN/NAS RAID rack, depending on your companies needs.
