after a new install from mingw and setting the path
and a new install from bmax 116 the build module buttons in the ide are gray .
an old version 1.04 in another dir runs fine .
any ideas ?

As well as setting your path did you create a new Variable?
Click the new button, Name it MinGW and enter C:\MinGW in the variable section.

Ahh, so it's you that made the modification and posted it. :)
Yep, Your mod looked so much better than the original I had. I redone the kamikazekrow using your pixels as a template. Added some dithering and gradients and made kkk look a bit darker. So far I think he's turned out good.
