It's looking very good! I'll be watching this one :)
I have only one question... Will it have multiplayer? If it don't then I'm not buying it. That was the only problem with the first one and I told them the same thing. And they just seemed to disregard multiplayer as not important. So I disregarded their product as unimportant as well.

I have also just disregarded JustLuke as a tard...
I only have one question... do you feel lucky? Well do you... PUNK?
Sorry, I sometimes forget that not everyone can detect the subtle underlying meaning inherent in Tardish - my native language. For the benefit of those with a vastly superior intelligence to my own, let me rephrase my last post.
Only someone who was overly impressed with his own sense of self-importance would demand developers implement features that were never intended for their game. For examples see: demanding karaoke in a FPS, multiplayer modes in single player turn-based strategy games and MMORPG features in Jet Set Willy.
;)
A 4X game that was single player only was good... in 1993. But I can't think of a decent 4X space game that's come out since Master of Orion (aside from gal civ which appears to be awesome from reports I've heard) that is single player only. Reach for the Stars, Moo2, Moo3, Stars!, hell even Spaceward Ho had good multiplayer.
I have no doubt in my mind that I would enjoy GalCiv and it's upcoming sequel, but I would enjoy it 10x more playing against my buddies and as such I refuse to buy the game without multiplayer.
Maybe that explains my stance a bit more.
MMORPG features in Jet Set Willy.
Holy cow batman, I think you're onto something...
